Create an account, verify your email and complete the required account information. Open Get a number, choose your service, country and network, then select Buy at the displayed price. You need enough available wallet balance. The price and availability are checked again before your purchase is sent.

After a number is allocated, enter it in the selected service’s verification flow. Keep your MySMSCodes order open to see incoming messages and any extracted code. Retrieval continues in the background if you close the page; you can return through Your orders.

Timing depends on the service, country, network and the service sending the SMS. Delivery and acceptance by another service are not guaranteed. Your order shows its status and remaining time; the countdown is not a guarantee that a message will arrive.

Additional messages can appear while an order remains active, depending on the selected service, number and network. Multiple-message support is not guaranteed. Use the number only for the service selected in that order.

If availability or price changes before dispatch, or the purchase is definitively rejected, the reserved amount is released and you are not charged. If the outcome is uncertain, your order stays under verification and funds remain reserved until it is resolved. A second purchase is not sent automatically.

If the order is confirmed as cancelled or timed out with no SMS received, the purchase amount is returned to your MySMSCodes wallet. A countdown reaching zero alone does not confirm a refund. Cancellation is available only when the order permits it. Reporting an unusable number requires review and does not automatically grant a refund.

No. Finish ends the activation. You should not expect the number to receive additional messages afterward or rely on it for future account recovery. These are temporary verification numbers, not permanent personal phone lines.

Your wallet holds your USD account balance. A purchase first reserves the accepted amount; it is charged after a number is allocated. Released reservations and eligible refunds restore your available balance. Your wallet page shows your balance and transaction history. Funding options appear only when they are configured and available.

The current catalogue in Get a number shows supported services and available countries and networks. Stock, prices and eligibility can change. A reported historical delivery rate helps you compare options; it is not a promise of future delivery.
