Who operates the service
MySMSCodes is an independent platform operated under the name MySmsCodes Online (registration pending). Registration has not been completed. We do not represent this name as a currently registered company or business, or claim to be an official white-label service of an upstream provider.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18, provide accurate name, email, residence and citizenship information, verify your email and accept our policies. Geographic and account restrictions apply. Keep your credentials secure and contact support about unauthorized access. Eligibility changes require review; do not misrepresent your location or identity.
Lawful and responsible use
Use numbers only for lawful purposes and comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and the rules of the destination service. Fraud, impersonation, spam, phishing, smishing, malicious activity and deceptive circumvention of security or eligibility restrictions are prohibited. A purchased number does not grant permission to violate another service’s rules.
What you purchase
An activation provides temporary access to a number for receiving supported SMS messages for the selected service, country and network during the order’s availability window. It is not permanent ownership of a number, a personal mobile subscription, or a guarantee of account access. Do not rely on it for permanent communications or critical account recovery. Unverified hosting, reuse, voice and forwarding capabilities remain unavailable.
Availability and third parties
Stock and service availability can change. Fulfillment and SMS reception depend on telecommunications suppliers, networks and destination services outside our control. These suppliers are independent; MySMSCodes remains your platform contact. A number may be recycled or rejected by a destination service. Reported delivery information is historical evidence, not a guarantee of future delivery.
Prices and your wallet
The displayed customer price includes our pricing and is the amount you accept in USD. Your wallet first reserves that amount; it is charged after a number is allocated through the validated purchase flow. We never silently increase your accepted customer charge. If final validation fails before dispatch, the reservation is released and a fresh quote is required. Upstream cost exceptions are reviewed rather than charged to you above the accepted amount.
Purchases and uncertain outcomes
Confirm Buy only when you agree to the selected route and displayed amount. Stock and price are rechecked before dispatch. If a purchase response is uncertain, the order stays under verification and its funds remain reserved until the outcome is established; the platform does not automatically send another purchase. A local countdown alone does not prove a provider cancellation or refund. Contact support rather than repeatedly purchasing a replacement for an unresolved order.
Messages and activation lifecycle
Use the allocated number for the selected service while the activation is valid. Timing, message content, multiple-message support and destination-service acceptance are not guaranteed. Finish ends the activation; do not expect further messages afterward. Once an order expires or ends, do not expect continued control of that number. Verification-message content is subject to the retention and cleanup practices in our Privacy Policy.
Cancellations, timeouts and refunds
A provider-confirmed cancellation or timeout with no SMS results in a full refund of the customer purchase amount to the MySMSCodes wallet. A pre-allocation definite failure releases its reservation rather than charging the customer. Cancellation requests remain subject to the valid lifecycle actions and authoritative confirmation. Receiving an SMS, marking a number unusable, destination-service rejection or later account suspension does not automatically qualify for a refund. An unusable-number report requires review. Mandatory legal remedies remain unaffected.
Funding and payment issues
Wallet funding is offered only through enabled and configured payment methods. The funding screen discloses any collection currency, conversion and applicable fees before payment. Credit depends on verified payment and settlement, not a browser success message. A pending, duplicate or uncertain payment is checked before any wallet credit. Report payment, credit or dispute problems through Support; do not assume a wallet refund is a cash withdrawal. Any separate cash refund or withdrawal request requires review and remains subject to applicable rights and payment-provider rules.
Restrictions, suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for abuse, inaccurate eligibility declarations, security concerns or breaches of these policies. Reviews and lawful requests may require relevant evidence. Suspension does not itself authorize deletion or alteration of wallet or transaction records, or override applicable mandatory rights. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Service changes
Supported services, stock, routes, prices and capabilities may change or become unavailable. Changes do not authorize an increase to an already accepted purchase amount. Revised policies will be published here; existing financial and order records remain preserved for applicable audit and retention purposes.
Responsibility and legal limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or successful verification by a destination service, and are not responsible for losses arising solely from that service’s decisions or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, consumer protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Do not rely on temporary numbers for permanent access or essential recovery.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, subject to applicable mandatory rights. Operator disclosures will be updated when registration is completed.
